Art Classes
Inclement Weather Policy: Students shall be notified by phone or email on days with questionable weather, to clarify the schedule.
Missed Classes: Classes postponed by the instructor or due to inclement weather will be re-scheduled. Students who miss
class and are behind on a project will be asked to complete missed work by attending an alternate class or if possible, working on the project at home.
16 week Sessions begin the week of 9 September 2017 and 9 January 2018
Students in Treehouse Visual Art classes are given the opportunity to try out all types of media and techniques. They will try everything from pencil drawing to plaster casting and from crayon resist techniques to batik!
We try to engage each student where they can comfortably work on each art skill, with the objective of enhancing these skills and expanding their knowledge of types of art and the processes necessary to create them.
All classes take place on Tuesday evenings, make-up days are Monday evenings when necessary.
Fees can be paid monthly, but students must commit to the entire 16 weeks. There are no registration or supply fees required.
