Treehouse Music Studio...

is accepting new students.   We offer lessons in piano, woodwinds and brass, guitar and percussion.  Private music students have the opportunity to participate in an ensemble or learn accompaniment, experiences that instructors have found to be invaluable.  Even the youngest students benefit from playing music in concert with their peers.

Private music instruction of course, focuses on the student’s immediate curriculum with a monthly group lesson which serves a variety of purposes. Group instruction is presented in a structured environment where students learn to solve problems, cooperate, and marshal a larger body of work. 

Performance is not rigidly required in our studio.  The studio has two recitals per year which are encouraged, but optional.  In addition, The National Federation of Music offers yearly Festivals in which students may choose to participate.  Moreover, students perform locally for Nursing Home and Retirement Center residents whom we visit on a regular basis as part of group lessons.  This serves to open the student's mind to the potential of music as a career - whether as an accompanist, church musician or as practitioner of the healing arts.
